We are a Concrete, Shoring, and Underground Utility (Wet & Dry) Contractor with A, B, C-34, C-36, and C-42 license classifications with the CSLB . Flamingo's team performs on complex and detailed projects throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area in both the Private and Public sectors. We are not a Union Contractor, but are qualified to perform on projects with a PLA requirement.
